I am a food hoarder. There! I admitted it, and I feel so much better. They say that's the first step, you know.... Lol. Well, It's the one thing I feel I can splurge on with no guilt. When I food shop, I check labels, so I really know what I am buying. There is nothing worse than getting home and realizing something you bought is not vegan. I have been doing this for just long enough to know some items will go in the shopping cart every week or I may run short. And if there is a Buy one, Get one Free sale... I am all over that! Time to stock up!! My cupboards are pretty much always stocked full, and the freezer crammed full. (not quite so organized there) So what are the items I look for every week and make sure I'm not running low on? Here is the short list and not necessarily in this order.
Non dairy milk, unsweetened
Beans, All kinds
So, if the Apocalypse hits tomorrow, I for one am ready.. at least food wise. :)
