I almost always serve a side salad with every meal, but for Christmas this one really stands out. This is really more of a serving suggestion than it is a recipe. Use your favorite greens and ingredients to serve up a delicious salad to share. I would recommend constructing it on a large round plate or charger. Use your darkest greens to form the wreath shape, putting a small bowl in the center to hold your dressing. I like kale for its dark green color for the wreath, (and just because I like kale). I added bits of other vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes) sprinkled throughout as the ornaments, and finally cut a bow out of a fresh red pepper. You can have some fun with this one.
