PEANUT SAUCE
4 T Creamy Natural Peanut Butter*
4 T Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 tsp minced Ginger Paste
4 T warm water
2 T Sriracha Sauce
4 T Agave in the Raw or your favorite sweetener
*or substitute with 4T of PB2 to reduce fat content
Mix well with fork or whisk, put in microwave for 30 seconds and stir again before serving. Add more or less water to get to the right consistency, it should pour thickly. I enjoyed this served over some rice with oven roasted vegetables and Crunchy Tofu, it was fabulous with it.
